ASAP Elearning Solutions Ltd. is a trusted online content provider for the education industry. Getting our start with research-based professional development resources for aspiring and existing school administrators with the Accelerated School Administrator Program (ASAP®), we now also offer online resources for teachers and school counselors with our Teacher Essentials® program, and high school students with the YoungForge entrepreneurship courses.
Dr. Carbol has been a professional educator for over 40 years. He has been a teacher, school principal and has held a number of senior government positions. His doctoral thesis was on educational measurement and evaluation and he has graduate degrees in administration, and curriculum & instruction. During his career in the public sector, Dr. Carbol headed programs in curriculum, program development, assessment, learning resources and education technology. Dr. Carbol is an expert on the implementation of educational technologies in schools, and development of distance-learning.
Rick has been the President of ASAP Elearning since its inception and has worked with the ASAP program and ASAP clients for almost a decade. An experienced executive and management consultant, Rick also worked in the news media as a television news director and radio talk show host. As a community leader, he has served as the local president of his church, and the executive director of several scholarship programs. Rick has been involved with technology and learning for over 25 years. He owned and managed a large retail technology company, served as Vice President of Sales for an international software developer, and was Director of Professional Development for Etraffic Solutions, the company that originated the ASAP program in Florida.
Jennifer Filgate is your dedicated Customer Support Representative, here to answer all of your questions about using the Young Forge website. She is the go-to person for school districts, liaising with their assigned facilitator to create Young Forge Accounts for their students and teachers, assigning resources, creating reports, and providing technical support.
Dr. Jessie E. Kilgore, Jr., Ph.D. served in various capacities in the K-12 arena including teacher, athletic director, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent and superintendent. Dr. Kilgore has provided educational consulting services to numerous schools and districts throughout Michigan and several other states.
